APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are available on a daily basis for more immediate conditions, however routine appointments should be booked in advance. When making your appointment please inform the receptionist if you feel you need a longer consultation time.
At times emergency situations arise causing unavoidable delays, please feel free to ring before your appointment to check if your doctor has been delayed.
If you have an appointment which you are unable to attend, please contact the clinic as soon as practicable so that the appointment may be offered to someone else.
HOME VISITS
The doctors at Tanjil Place are willing to visit their regular patients at home when a situation arises making it impossible for the patient to attend the clinic. These visits are at the doctors discretion when a patient is in need of medical attention and has no other means of transport to the practice or when a patient is too ill to travel to the practice.
AGED CARE FACILITIES
For Residents of local Nursing Homes and Hostels, the General Practitioners conduct scheduled visits on a roster basis.
